About

John is a veteran of the hospitality industry (restaurants and wine sales) and has lived in Sonoma with his wife since 2012 and the Bay Area since 1992. Rescued sighthounds are their favorites and they currently have an ex-racing greyhound, a whippet who flunked out of hunting and an Italian greyhound who rules all their lives. When he’s not dog walking you can find him lamely attempting to study the Italian language, hiking the local hills, indulging in science fiction and/or drinking coffee (sometimes simultaneously).
